3 Day Reset
The Suppa Club 3 Day Reset is designed to kickstart your week so you can cruise on into the weekend feeling fresh and energised. Whether you’re wanting to press pause on some bad habits or you’re feeling sluggish and want to boost your energy levels, this Reset will do the job.

Why cleanse?

Cleansing is important not just for the body, but also for our mental state and daily habits. From time to time, your digestive system needs a break to eliminate toxins and rebuild at a cellular level. Consuming nutrient dense liquids for 3 days allows your body to divert energy it would usually use in digestion towards this reset process. Most of us also benefit from taking time out from the cycle of Uber Eats, restaurant meals and constant snacking that tends to build up without us even realising. Committing to 3 meals a day of pure plant based goodness snaps us out of mental and physical sluggishness and gets us back in touch with what clean eating and healthy habits can do for our energy levels and state of mind.

Yes, you can

We especially recommend our 3 Day Reset for anyone who’s new to cleansing or finds they get too hangry for traditional fasting. Because our soups retain 100% of the fibre and nutrients that go into the pot (nothing strained out or discarded), you’ll find them much more filling than water or juice. The cooking process makes the ingredients in our soups more bioavailable, ensuring that your cleanse packs a double punch on the nutrition front. This is important for energy levels while you’re cleansing - you’ll find you have enough energy to still go about your usual work and routine.

How it works

Our soups and why they’re perfect for cleansing.

Turmeric, Carrot, Apple & Ginger - Carrot Apples, Onion, Garlic, Ginger
Turmeric is famous for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which are ideal aids in a cellular cleanse. When cooked in with other veggies, turmeric also helps retain optimal levels of the fat-soluble antioxidant beta carotene (present in carrots, for example), making turmeric a contender for Most Valued Player in our suite of spices.

Garlic and onion are both rich in organic sulphur compounds, which is instrumental in cellular detoxification . Ginger is a potent carmative that soothes the digestive system and helps dispel  gas from the bowels. Together, turmeric, ginger, garlic and onions help to ‘warm up’ and tonify the digestive tract. Apples contain fibre and polyphenols that help regulate healthy gut florea, which is key to a successful cleanse.

Roasted Cauliflower & Sweet Potato - Cauliflower, Sweet Potato, Carrot, Garlic, Rasel Hanout (spice)
Cruciferous vegetables are the leaders of the pack when it comes to cleansing, and cauliflower is no exception. Cauliflower stimulates the Nrf2 pathway which releases antioxidants inside the cells so they can cleanse themselves - nature at its best! Unlike many other starchy vegetables, sweet potato lowers blood sugar and improves insulin metabolism, which will help to stabilise your appetite and limit sugar cravings during the cleanse. Sweet potato is also a rich source of antioxidants and is very nutritionally dense.

Pumpkin & Coconut - Pumpkin, Leek, Carrot, Garlic, Coconut Cream, Turmeric, Paprika, Nutmeg, Cinnamon
Coconut has the perfect fat profile for cleansing - the short chain fatty acids feed gut flora and power up energy-producing glands like the thyroid. As an added bonus, it has antimicrobial properties as well.
Pumpkin is sweet and nourishing, with significant amounts of beta carotene, however it’s pumpkin’s low calorie count that is key in this cleanse. Pumpkin consists mainly of water, so the sweetness it offers is a real treat, minus the empty calories that often accompanies sweet foods.
Leeks (along with garlic and onions) are part of the Allium family, which is known for its potent antioxidant properties, and for reducing inflammation in the body. Leeks are also abundant with the flavonoid kaempferol, which protects artery linings from free radical damage. If that wasn’t enough already, leeks are also high in the important B vitamin, folate.
Our unique blend of turmeric, paprika, nutmeg and cinnamon is an antimicrobial, warming digestive tonic, which is ideal for cellular cleansing.

Beetroot & Horseradish - Beetroot, Sour Cream or Coconut Cream, Horseradish, Fresh Lemon
Beetroot contains phytonutrients called Betalains, which are powerful in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as being effective detoxifying agents. Betalains help support the all-important Phase 2 detox pathway through the liver, which involves the key intracellular detox antioxidant Glutathione.
Horseradish is another cruciferous vegetable whose primary value in this cleanse is the heating effect it has on the body. Horseradish clears mucus and congestion in the lungs and upper respiratory system, includes the sinuses. Lemon is a great source of vitamin C, which works to neutralise free radicals in your body tissues. Lemons are a super cleanser that stimulate the liver and bile synthesis, which is another key to effective detoxification.

Cucumber, Mint & Dill - Cucumber, Sour Cream, Red Onion, Fresh Lemon
Cucumbers are very hydrating, which is very important during the cleansing process. Mint soothes the digestive tract, dispelling gas and easing discomfort. Dill contains phytochemicals that help in attaching Glutathione molecules to toxins, thereby disabling them altogether.

Spiced Zucchini, Kale & Broccoli - Zucchini, Kale, Broccoli, Silverbeet, Onion, Garlic, Harissa, Cumin, Mild Curry Powder
Kale, silverbeet and broccoli are cruciferous vegetables with plenty of organic sulphur, making them an excellent base for any detoxification program. These greens are also incredibly nutrient dense, offering high amounts of protein, vitamins and minerals to support your body through the cleanse. Kale in particular is a superstar because it contains an unusually high amount of an antioxidant called Lutein. This phytonutrient protects and heals the eyes, and will be partly responsible for the sparkle in your eyes as day 5 of this cleanse rolls around.
